We at Roots Hair Company have three levels of Stylists: Apprentice, Junior, and Senior.
Please note that with an Apprentice Stylist they are learning and the appointments may take a bit more time, but all clients will receive excellence in the services being performed.

We require 24 hour notice for cancelations of appointments. If you cancel or no show within less then 24 hour notice you will receive a no show charge at your next appointment
Our No show charge is $20 per hour missed
